Description

Join the team to develop AI solutions such as document chat with information extraction and structuring, chat over complex databases for advanced analysis, intelligent OCR document processing, AI health chatbots, and multi-agent platforms for complex automation. You will build production-grade backend services (e.g., using Python/FastAPI) and apply GenAI techniques including RAG, agents, embeddings, and vector databases. From the start, you’ll work with direct client contact to see real-world impact quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered backend services and production code

• Implement GenAI features such as RAG, agent workflows, embeddings, and vector database retrieval

• Work on OCR, document structuring, and chatbot/analysis use cases

• Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver usable AI tools and products

Requirements

• Strong software development in Python with production-quality code (not just notebooks)

• Knowledge of GenAI and practical application (RAG, agents, AI frameworks, embeddings, vector DBs)

• Basic cloud orientation

• Working knowledge of Git and Docker

• Ability to read English documentation and handle occasional client calls
