Description

Lead engineering execution for Customer Studio, a purpose-built no-code suite that enables customers to activate data directly from their warehouse. The role combines active technical leadership with people management, with outcomes focused on roadmap delivery, faster execution pace, reliability, recruiting, and team engagement. You’ll work on high-impact problems including data warehouse performance, analytics and experimentation, real-time audience syncing (including CDC), and generative AI to improve user workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in roadmapping and executing significant features and products
• Uphold a high technical bar and make pragmatic tradeoffs
• Improve the team’s execution pace through leadership and technical expertise
• Recruit and grow the team, including candidate evaluation and hiring high-impact engineers
• Improve reliability to reduce incidents, catch issues before customers do, and maintain strong incident management hygiene
• Foster growth of team members and ensure strong engagement and motivation
