Description

You will take responsibility for IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, providing day-to-day technical support and handling employees’ IT requests. The role includes administering LAN/WAN network infrastructure and managing Microsoft 365 administration (accounts, security policies, Exchange, OneDrive, Teams/SharePoint). You will coordinate and implement security measures to ensure alignment with NIS2 requirements, internal directives, and security standards, including creating and reviewing security policies and assessing security risks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to employees and resolve routine IT requests
  • Administer LAN/WAN network infrastructure and network devices
  • Manage Microsoft 365 administration for user accounts, security policies, and services such as Exchange, OneDrive, Teams/SharePoint
  • Coordinate and implement organizational security measures and ensure compliance with NIS2 and internal policies/standards
  • Create, update, and review security policies, directives, and procedures
  • Identify and evaluate security risks and monitor adherence to security measures
  • Support regional charities in adopting and following security rules

Requirements

  • Minimum completed secondary education (IT or technical field); practical experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance, Admin Center, Exchange) and/or cybersecurity (NIS2)
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and reliably complete tasks
  • Active, responsible attitude and desire to further develop in IT and security
  • Active driver (driver’s license category B)
  • Suitable for graduates
