Description

You will provide methodological leadership and coordinate CPIC regional specialists working across 14 integration centers throughout the Czech Republic. The role includes ensuring information flow between central and regional levels, analyzing regional monitoring results, and supporting complex reporting and stakeholder coordination (including legislative updates). You will also participate in regional platforms and handle ad hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

• Methodically lead and coordinate CPIC regional specialists in 14 integration centers

• Ensure information sharing and cooperation with national-level institutions involved in integrating foreigners

• Transfer information between central and regional levels (and vice versa)

• Analyze interim monitoring of the target group in regions; evaluate current situation and identify problem areas

• Support preparation of complex reports and participate in stakeholder meetings focused on information exchange and legislative changes

• Participate in regional platforms/workstreams for integration coordination at the regional (kraj) level

• Complete ad hoc tasks

Requirements

• University education

• Very good written and spoken communication; excellent Czech language required

• Organizational skills

• Independent and reliable working style

• Multicultural tolerance and a friendly, communicative personality

• B driver’s license; active driving

• PC proficiency, especially Microsoft Office

• Orientation in the integration of foreigners (advantage)

• Experience coordinating within a larger team (advantage)

• Communicative English (advantage)
