Description

You will plan and execute manual testing for digital banking products, including web services, iOS/Android mobile apps, and electronic banking solutions. The work covers functional, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing, along with UI/UX and digital accessibility checks aligned with WCAG and banking standards.

Role description and responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute manual tests for web services, mobile applications, and digital banking solutions
• Analyze business, functional, and technical documentation; create test scenarios and test cases with complete test documentation
• Run functional, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end tests covering full user journeys across digital channels
• Test mobile apps (iOS, Android) and web services across different browsers and devices
• Verify UI/UX and digital accessibility in line with WCAG and banking standards
• Record, classify, and report defects and verify fixes using the agreed tools
• Collaborate closely with business, analyst, project, and development teams

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing (functional, regression, visual/UI layer) of web services and mobile applications
• Experience testing solutions for individual and business customers in the financial/banking sector (including banking-adjacent projects such as payments or e-commerce)
• Experience testing Android and iOS mobile apps and web services across different browsers and devices in an agile delivery model
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and standards (ISTQB or equivalent) and the application lifecycle
• Ability to analyze business and system documentation; identify, document, and report defects with business-impact assessment
• Experience with digital accessibility testing using NVDA
• Polish language proficiency at C1
