Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications in Kotlin

• Design and implement new features with cross-functional teams

• Make technical decisions and contribute to the evolution of mobile architecture

• Ensure code quality, performance, stability, and maintainability

• Integrate APIs and work with backend and other technology teams

• Participate in code reviews and share technical knowledge

• Troubleshoot complex issues and continuously improve the development process

• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams across time zones

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Android development

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and the Android SDK

• Solid knowledge of Android architecture, design patterns, and mobile development best practices

• Experience with REST APIs and integrating backend services

• Familiarity with modern Android development tools and frameworks, such as Jetpack Compose

• Understanding of software development principles, testing, and version control

• Experience collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams, including offshore development teams in APAC

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones and cultural environments

• Good command of English
