Description

You will work with software engineering teams to find and deliver opportunities where AI can increase productivity, improve software quality, and raise operational efficiency across the SDLC. The role includes designing, implementing, and scaling AI-powered solutions that support developers in coding, testing, code review, documentation, and DevSecOps—turning PoCs into production-ready workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to augment SDLC activities using AI

• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows across the IT value chain

• Measure productivity and adoption KPIs

• Implement AI-assisted coding solutions and integrate coding agents into developer workflows

• Support code generation, code review, refactoring, and documentation automation

• Define engineering guardrails and governance for AI-assisted development

• Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks and run PoCs

• Industrialize successful experiments

• Coach engineering teams on AI adoption

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering or DevOps

• Expertise in Python, APIs, and microservices architecture

• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

• Solid understanding of SDLC processes

• Proven ability to deliver automation solutions and transition from PoC to industrialized solutions

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking

• Fluent Polish and English communication; experience working in an international environment

• Willingness to commute to the Warsaw office 2–3 days per week
