Description

You will automate infrastructure and deployments, improve observability, and help keep systems stable, secure, and ready for peak demand. You’ll build and evolve CI/CD pipelines, standardize environments, develop monitoring/alerting, perform incident root-cause analysis, and embed security checks into delivery. You’ll also contribute to internal integrations, access management, and technical support for selected event solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for development, staging, and production
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment with Infrastructure as Code
• Standardize environments and workflows to be reproducible, secure, and scalable
• Develop monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerting
• Support incident response and turn root-cause findings into preventive fixes
• Define and maintain SLOs and improve availability, resilience, and performance
• Embed security checks into CI/CD and ensure secure configuration and secrets handling
• Collaborate on release processes, branching strategies, and DevOps best practices
• Document solutions and share knowledge across teams

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in DevOps/platform engineering/system administration or related work
• Strong Linux skills
• Hands-on CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions or FluxCD
• Infrastructure automation with Ansible and Terraform
• Observability experience with Grafana and Prometheus, including logging/tracing/OpenTelemetry
• Knowledge of availability, networking, secure configuration, and incident management
• Ability to prioritize between urgent operational needs and long-term improvements
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• English B2 level or above
