Description

You will help technologically advance a European camping platform and speed up development cycles through deep code ownership and modern agentic AI coding workflows. The role combines hands-on full-stack development, technical mentoring, and participation in roadmap delivery with code-quality reviews. You’ll also support infrastructure scaling and optimize APIs for external partners while improving security practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop actively with Python, Django, Nuxt, and Vue.js
• Embed modern AI tools and agentic-coding workflows into the team’s daily development
• Serve as a technical role model and mentor colleagues on complex topics
• Take full responsibility for systems, features, and target achievement in your technical area
• Contribute to the technical implementation of the roadmap; ensure code quality via reviews
• Evaluate and integrate AI features directly into the platform
• Support infrastructure scaling and optimization (Google Cloud with Kubernetes, AWS, Cloudflare)
• Build clean, performant partner APIs and continuously improve IT security standards and best practices

Requirements

• Extensive, proven full-stack experience with Python, Django, Nuxt, and Vue.js
• Practical experience with Elasticsearch or Opensearch
• Good knowledge of Google Cloud, AWS, and Cloudflare
• Experience using agentic coding and AI development tools in daily work
• Several years of senior experience as a software engineer/developer
• Experience mentoring developers (ideal)
• Ability to take full responsibility for code, projects, and technical decisions
• Pragmatic, highly solution-oriented, and able to deliver quickly and efficiently
• Very good German and English skills
