Lead Product Manager, Agentic Personalization

Senior • Remote

240,000 - 320,000 USD/yr

San Francisco, CA

Quick Facts

  • Role: Founding Lead Product Manager for Agentic Personalization

  • Focus: Define and launch an agent-driven personalization product for web and mobile

  • Responsibilities: Customer discovery, agent experience design (autonomous vs. human approval), and GTM scaling

Description

You will define the product, sequencing, and go-to-market strategy for agentic personalization—real-time, tailored customer experiences inside web and mobile apps. You’ll partner with enterprise product and growth teams to understand how personalization works today, translate findings into a roadmap tied to revenue milestones, and design a trust-focused feedback loop for agent-driven workflows. You’ll also help scale pipeline and competitive positioning by co-owning customer engagement and implementation playbooks.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer discovery with enterprise product and growth teams to understand current web/mobile personalization and what would earn trust in an agent-driven approach

  • Define the agent experience: what agents do autonomously (segments, variants, experiments, traffic allocation) versus what requires human approval (e.g., production launches, brand-sensitive content)

  • Design the feedback loop that builds trust over time

  • Scale go-to-market: co-own pipeline, join customer calls, and partner with Customer Success on implementation playbooks

Requirements

  • Zero-to-one track record building products from scratch to meaningful revenue (ideally B2B SaaS)

  • Evidence of finding product-market fit under uncertainty

  • Technical depth to evaluate architectural tradeoffs and debate infrastructure decisions with senior engineers

  • Commercial instinct focused on pipeline, conversion, and expansion; roadmaps mapped to revenue targets

  • Ability to move fast in a small team with high autonomy and tight cycles

  • Cross-functional trust and clarity-building across engineering, design, sales, Customer Success, and leadership

Benefits

  • Salary range: $240,000–$320,000 USD/year (remote-first, location independent)

  • Meaningful equity compensation via ISO options

  • Early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window
