Description

You will own the operations of assigned applications running on Kubernetes (k3s) and on virtual servers—covering deployment and configuration, monitoring/alerting, incident troubleshooting, and database-related work. You will also drive migrations such as moving services from Docker/Portainer to k3s and migrating projects from OneDev to GitLab. You’ll collaborate with the infrastructure team and directly with developers, with the expectation that you can take ownership and improve systems proactively.

Responsibilities

• Deploy applications and manage configuration, including rollout and rollback

• Administer and develop CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI and ArgoCD

• Migrate services from Docker/Portainer to k3s

• Migrate projects from OneDev to GitLab

• Manage monitoring and alerting in Zabbix and gradually remove false alerts

• Handle incidents via logs, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis

• Operate supporting services such as RabbitMQ, NGINX, and Ory Kratos/Hydra

• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MSSQL

• Integrate through APIs, queues, and payment or banking interfaces

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in DevOps, application operations, or technical system ownership

• Practical experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD

• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker

• Experience operating applications on Linux

• CI/CD knowledge, ideally including GitLab

• Ability to read code and write scripts in Bash or Python

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MSSQL

• Understanding of networking basics, HTTP, reverse proxy, and REST APIs

• Ability to navigate complex, highly interconnected systems

• Technical communication in English
