Description

You will maintain production environments, resolve operational issues, and build and sustain containerized applications. The work includes managing Docker/Podman and container image workflows, implementing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins or equivalent), and automating administration with Ansible, Bash, or Python. You will also configure networking, certificates, access and security, and support monitoring, diagnostics, and incident remediation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production environments and troubleshoot operational problems

• Build, deploy, and maintain containerized applications

• Manage Docker/Podman and container image build and management processes

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins or equivalent)

• Automate administrative processes with Ansible, Bash, or Python

• Configure networking, certificates, access, and security for production environments

• Monitor and diagnose systems and applications

• Analyze logs, identify root causes of failures, and run corrective actions

• Ensure continuity while managing production and test environments

• Maintain services, processes, and microservices

• Resolve operational issues

Requirements

• Proficiency with Linux systems (RHEL 8/9)

• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift container platforms

• Experience with ELK/OpenSearch (Elasticsearch and Kibana)

• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining containerized applications

• Knowledge of GitOps (ArgoCD, FluxCD)

• Knowledge of HashiCorp Vault or similar secret-management solutions

• Experience working with AI/ML solutions

• Experience designing platform architecture for business applications and processes

• Knowledge of high availability concepts
