Description

You will work on improving manufacturing processes by ensuring the correct process is followed, creating work instructions, coordinating technicians’ agendas, and delivering assigned projects. You will also support colleagues by helping solve issues arising in production processes through continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving. Regular communication with customers in English is part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Check compliance with correct manufacturing processes

• Participate in creating work instructions

• Coordinate with the technicians’ team and organize their work agenda

• Complete assigned projects successfully

• Assist colleagues with production process problems

Requirements

• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Communicative English to attend regular customer calls

• Excellent Czech language knowledge

• Independent, creative, and proactive working style

• Advantage: experience with project management
