Description

Take ownership of IT projects from initiation to successful implementation and help shape digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business value. You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation teams while managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations. The role includes an international working environment with daily communication in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Own IT projects from start to go-live

• Shape digital transformation initiatives and improve operational efficiency

• Collaborate with business and IT experts to deliver innovative solutions

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations

• Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation teams

• Develop project management expertise through challenging assignments and mentoring

Requirements

• Degree in economics, IR, natural sciences, or comparable education/training

• Relevant experience in project management (advantage: experience in technical management of junior consultants/project managers)

• Experience working in agile environments

• Scrum Master certification required (SAFe accepted as an alternative)

• Business-fluent German (C1)

• Very good English skills and intercultural competence

• Strong communication, customer orientation, moderation, and presentation skills

• Teamwork, analytical competence, independent and structured result-oriented working

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
