Description

Implement, operate, and support Cloudflare enterprise networking and security solutions. Deploy Cloudflare One solutions and Zero Trust security policies (including Secure Web Gateway, CASB, DLP, and application controls), and configure Cloudflare Tunnel, Magic WAN, and Magic Transit. Work with customers and architects to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient services; troubleshoot incidents, support onboarding, and produce implementation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Cloudflare One solutions
• Implement Zero Trust security policies
• Configure Secure Web Gateway and CASB policies
• Implement DLP policies and application controls
• Deploy Cloudflare Tunnel
• Configure Magic WAN and Magic Transit
• Migrate from traditional VPN and security platforms
• Troubleshoot networking and security incidents
• Support customer onboarding activities
• Participate in operational support and change management
• Produce implementation documentation
• Work with architects during customer projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience implementing Cloudflare enterprise solutions
• Hands-on customer implementation experience
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking
• Experience deploying Zero Trust architectures and practical experience with SASE implementations
• Experience integrating identity providers
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts
• Expertise in Cloudflare One, ZTNA, and CASB
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
