Description

Implement, configure, and support Cloudflare One enterprise networking and security services. Deploy secure Zero Trust, SASE-aligned capabilities, and policy controls across enterprise environments while working closely with customers and architects. Provide troubleshooting, onboarding support, documentation, and change management as part of ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Cloudflare One solutions
• Implement Zero Trust security policies
• Configure Secure Web Gateway and CASB policies
• Implement DLP policies and application controls
• Deploy Cloudflare Tunnel
• Configure Magic WAN and Magic Transit
• Perform migrations from traditional VPN and security platforms
• Troubleshoot networking and security incidents
• Support customer onboarding activities
• Participate in operational support and change management
• Produce implementation documentation
• Work with architects during customer projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience implementing Cloudflare enterprise solutions
• Hands-on customer implementation experience
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking
• Experience deploying Zero Trust architectures and practical experience with SASE implementations
• Experience integrating identity providers
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts
• Expertise in Cloudflare One, ZTNA and CASB
• Strong customer-facing, troubleshooting, documentation, team collaboration, and operational excellence skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
