Description

You will design, develop, and maintain full stack solutions for an AI-enabled application, building Python backend services and RESTful APIs and modern React frontend applications. You will help productionize exploratory Data Science proof-of-concepts and notebooks into robust, scalable systems, including Generative AI and LLM-based functionality. You’ll collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and Product stakeholders to deliver secure, observable, and maintainable software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack solutions using Python and React

• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs in Python

• Build responsive, user-friendly React applications

• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and AI-driven functionality

• Transform experimental data science code and notebooks into production-ready systems

• Refactor and productionize prototypes, scripts, and Streamlit applications

• Implement scalable backend business logic

• Contribute to technical design decisions for backend and frontend architecture

• Collaborate with Cloud Engineers on deployment, runtime architecture, environment configuration, and CI/CD

• Support data-intensive workflows and system integrations

• Ensure security, observability, scalability, and operational supportability

• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full stack development experience

• Strong hands-on Python backend development and React frontend development

• Experience with a modern Python web framework

• Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining REST APIs

• Strong React experience (state management, hooks, API integration)

• Practical experience with AWS and cloud-based environments

• Experience moving exploratory/experimental code into production-ready systems

• Solid understanding of full stack architecture, integration patterns, and interface design

• Experience with Git and Agile practices

• Understanding of scalable, secure, and maintainable application development

• Excellent English communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in an international cross-functional team

• EU citizenship and residence in Poland
