Description

Support the delivery of IT projects for an automotive sales process system, coordinating day-to-day team work in an Agile/Scrum environment. Work with the client to collect, analyze, and refine project requirements, and collaborate with developers, Scrum Masters, designers, and QA to ensure high-quality solutions. The role is designed to help you grow toward independently leading projects with mentor support.

Responsibilities

• Support IT project delivery for information systems and mobile/web applications

• Coordinate the project team’s daily work, monitor schedules, and ensure smooth information flow

• Collaborate with the client on gathering, analyzing, and clarifying requirements

• Maintain strong relationships with the project team and clients

• Work with developers, Scrum Masters, designers, and QA during project execution

• Support the team in achieving project goals and delivering high-quality solutions

• Operate in an Agile/Scrum environment

Requirements

• First commercial experience in IT projects or IT project coordination

• Knowledge of how to run IT projects

• Basic Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban)

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence

• Good English enabling smooth communication

• Understanding of the IT industry and team working environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and organize work

• Independence, engagement, and willingness to develop in IT project management

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Ability to navigate difficult situations and resolve issues effectively

• Knowledge of AI tools/solutions that can streamline project management and willingness to use them

• Commitment to collaborative company values (proactive, cooperative, high effectiveness, continuous improvement)

• Availability to work from the Gliwice office at least twice per week
