Description

Implement and customize components of the Guidewire core insurance system using Java and/or alternative JVM languages. Develop internal R&D systems, design IT solutions with documentation, and create unit tests while working in an agile team and supporting clients. Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial software development experience, preferably in Java
• Hands-on insurance domain experience
• Strong OOP, design patterns, clean code, and best practices
• Solid understanding of software engineering concepts
• English proficiency (at least B2/C1)
• French or German proficiency (at least B2)
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work with them
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• EU work authorization
• Experience with at least one: REST/SOAP web services, Microservices, JMS, Spring, or similar
