Description

Lead end-to-end development, validation, and deployment of large-scale predictive models and algorithms for strategic business decisions and market trend analysis. Architect scalable analytics solutions, design rigorous research on complex drivers of business outcomes, and translate business goals into analytical frameworks. Communicate technical trade-offs and findings to both executives and technical teams, and mentor data scientists to uphold state-of-the-art methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Build, validate, and deploy predictive models and algorithms that inform strategic decisions and market trend analysis
  • Design and execute data-driven research to understand how multi-faceted factors impact business outcomes
  • Partner with business stakeholders and engineering leaders to identify opportunities and deliver actionable insights
  • Synthesize and clearly communicate complex methodologies, trade-offs, and results to C-level and technical audiences
  • Mentor data scientists, promote continuous learning, peer review, and adherence to modern methodologies

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related)
  • 5+ years of data science experience delivering successful end-to-end projects
  • Deep expertise in key domains such as time-series forecasting, deep learning, or causal inference
  • Experience architecting solutions across prediction, segmentation, and NLP
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for complex data manipulation, statistical analysis, and model development
  • Hands-on production experience with machine learning models and familiarity with MLOps concepts and workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects on ambiguous business problems
  • Strong clean code and software engineering best practices
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to align analytical work with organizational goals
  • Experience mentoring, overseeing project quality, and troubleshooting root causes
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Real estate or other market-driven domain experience is a plus
