Description

Hands-on technical lead role to design and build serverless backend components on Azure for an enterprise integration solution. You will move data reliably between Salesforce and surrounding systems, implement webhook listeners and REST write-backs, and own CI/CD pipelines that ship containerized/serverless components into client-owned Azure environments. AI-assisted tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot) is used to accelerate delivery while preserving quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale Azure Functions and lightweight integration microservices, including background workers for large file attachment streaming (>10MB) and asynchronous payload processing

• Implement webhook listeners for Vault Spark notifications and outbound REST clients for write-backs to Salesforce

• Own REST API and integration architecture: JSON processing, asynchronous communication patterns, and system-to-system data transformation pipelines

• Configure and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines in GitHub (GitHub Actions / Workflows) for build and deployment

• Use GitHub Copilot and other AI coding assistants to improve unit test coverage and streamline documentation

• Participate in architectural and technology stack decisions within a small senior team

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Functions and serverless/microservices architecture

• Advanced proficiency in REST APIs, webhooks, JSON processing, and asynchronous communication patterns

• Practical experience setting up CI/CD pipelines in GitHub (GitHub Actions / Workflows)

• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants

• Solid programming skills in Python, React.js, and TypeScript

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
