Description

You’ll help maintain high-quality standards for user-facing products by designing and executing manual test plans for mobile applications and related web components. The role involves working on new features for existing mobile apps and handling quality work across different device-related solutions such as phones, payment terminals, and set-top boxes. You’ll collaborate with developers in Agile and use QA tooling to track bugs and improve testing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough manual testing throughout the software development lifecycle

• Design and execute test plans and test cases for mobile and web applications

• Conduct regression, integration, and functional testing

• Collaborate with development teams in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure quality

• Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira

• Support QA best practices and participate in team meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of similar Manual QA experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Solid understanding of the SDLC and QA processes

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

• Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
