Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and Data projects—from discovery to production—covering GenAI product development, ML product development, and AI platform enablement. You will combine delivery management ownership with a solid understanding of AI, ML, and data technologies, acting as the bridge between technology and business. You will be accountable for project success, coordinating engineering and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives, business cases, project purposes, expected outcomes, and delivered value

• Manage the full lifecycle of AI initiatives (GenAI and ML)

• Own delivery scope, schedule, quality, and budget

• Lead multidisciplinary global teams and ensure alignment with engineering and client stakeholders

• Serve as main delivery contact for clients and build trusted relationships

• Oversee risks, financials, and contract adherence

• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and security standards for AI

• Mentor team members and promote delivery and engineering excellence

Requirements

• Strong client-facing skills, risk management, and stakeholder communication

• 3+ years of GenAI and traditional ML delivery management experience (e.g., RAG-based applications, chatbots, recommender systems, forecasting systems)

• 3+ years of prior engineering experience (e.g., Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, DevOps, Python engineer)

• Solid understanding of GenAI and ML technologies and data management fundamentals

• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks)

• Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams

• Ability to enforce engineering excellence and work closely with solution architects
