Description

Work on designing, configuring, and parameterizing bank processes on the Ferryt platform, with a focus on credit and mortgage workflows. You will help collect business requirements, prepare process analyses, support users, coordinate and run tests, and document technical solutions. You will also collaborate with external vendors to troubleshoot platform issues.

Responsibilities

• Modeling, configuration, and parameterization of processes on the Ferryt platform

• Participation in collecting business requirements and preparing analyses for processes and implemented solutions

• Collaboration with external vendors to resolve Ferryt platform errors

• Ongoing user support for implemented solutions

• Execution and coordination of testing

• Running workshops and trainings for users

• Creating instructions and technical documentation

Requirements

• Higher education (preferably banking, finance, IT, or related)

• 3–4 years of experience in similar roles in banking systems

• Very good Ferryt platform knowledge, especially credit processes

• Experience configuring mortgage processes in banking

• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into system solutions

• Knowledge of SQL and XML

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability
