• Role: Atlassian Cloud Consultant (SPOC for Atlassian Cloud solutions)

Description

You will serve as the main point of contact for the client in Atlassian Cloud, translating business requirements into Atlassian Cloud ecosystem capabilities. You will design and oversee implementations and migration projects (including Jira and Confluence from on-premise to Atlassian Cloud), ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with best practices. You will support clients with optimization, automation, integrations, and user enablement.

Responsibilities

• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Atlassian solutions; advise, coordinate, and communicate

• Collect business requirements and map them to Atlassian Cloud functionality

• Design and implement solutions following configuration best practices

• Provide ongoing support to the client, identify gaps, and handle non-standard situations

• Coordinate work with Atlassian team members

• Ensure quality and long-term optimality of deployed solutions

• Define business requirements and plan/coordinate migration projects from a business perspective

• Coordinate the full migration lifecycle: source environment analysis, migration plan, and user support

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience consulting/advising on the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem

• Experience in customer projects across industries, including Jira/Confluence migrations from on-premise to Atlassian Cloud

• Experience running workshops and trainings with stakeholders; analyze, design, and describe business processes

• Prior work in Jira/Confluence migration projects to Atlassian Cloud

• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence, plus Loom and Rovo and their functional relationships/integration

• Consulting experience for Atlassian Cloud Organization and Atlassian Guard, especially security architecture and integration with Identity Provider (IdP)

• Expertise in automation, optimization, and integration in Atlassian Cloud

• Knowledge of Atlassian Collections, including subscription plans and functional differences

• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills (active listening, good questions, translating technical topics)

• Proactive project approach with ownership of end results, team collaboration, and service quality

• Fluent Polish and English

• Must be located in Poland
