Description

As a Junior Java Developer, you will analyze business and technical requirements, work with clients across domains, and produce high-quality design deliverables. You will design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code using best practices and design patterns, then perform unit and manual testing. You’ll also identify bottlenecks and bugs, troubleshoot issues, and plan and report your work progress in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business and technical requirements
• Produce design deliverables describing how the solution meets requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain reusable, reliable code using best practices and design patterns
• Conduct unit and manual testing
• Identify bugs and bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues
• Plan and organize your own work and report issues and progress
• Identify areas for personal development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant IT specialization
• Recent graduate or 0–1 year of software development experience
• Willingness to develop programming skills and take on new IT challenges
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming
• Excellent English speaking skills
