Description

You will design, implement, and develop integration services that support reliable data exchange between systems. You will build and evolve integration microservices for business and technical processes, create shared components used across multiple integrations, and ensure consistency and reliability through testing and root-cause issue analysis. You will also support requirement analysis and integration design, document solutions, and help project teams use integration services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration services enabling system-to-system data exchange
• Develop integration microservices for business and technical workflows
• Create shared components and reusable business/integration processes
• Ensure consistency and reliability of integration flows
• Support standardization of integration solutions across the organization
• Perform testing and validation to ensure integration correctness
• Analyze and eliminate root causes of data exchange errors
• Reduce risks of outages and issues impacting business processes
• Implement improvements to increase performance, scalability, and stability
• Participate in requirements analysis and design of new integrations
• Create documentation for implemented solutions
• Support project teams in using integration services

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in object-oriented Java development
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Integration
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Knowledge of Git, Maven, Jira, and Jenkins
• Knowledge of integration standards/technologies: SOAP, REST, XML, JSON
• Experience with an integration backbone (ESB) and/or Apache Kafka and/or microservices
• Higher education in Computer Science or related
• Experience with GCP, including BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and Pub/Sub
• Practical knowledge of non-relational (NoSQL) databases
• Experience building containerized applications using Anthos, Kubernetes Engine, or Docker
