Description

Senior Software Engineer role focused on combining engineering practice with architectural work for an enterprise platform. You will shape application architecture, define React and TypeScript front-end standards, introduce AI-assisted development practices, and help set the product’s technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and evolve the product’s architectural vision
• Make technical decisions across multiple engineering teams and lead reviews for architectural consistency
• Ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements (scalability, security, operability, maintainability)
• Evolve the platform toward modular and cloud-native architecture using containerization and orchestration
• Identify technical debt and define modernization initiative direction
• Set front-end standards and reusable UI architecture patterns (component strategy and internal UI framework adoption)
• Implement AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot; participate in designing MCP (Model Context Protocol)-based services and integrations
• Promote an engineering culture centered on quality, automation, TDD, and continuous improvement
• Mentor engineers and technical leaders; support recruitment and technical evaluation

Requirements

• Several years of experience building enterprise solutions with large, complex codebases
• Very strong Java knowledge, especially in Java/Jakarta EE environments
• Practical experience with React and TypeScript and designing maintainable, scalable front-end architectures
• Experience defining technical architecture/strategy, including distributed systems and service-oriented architecture
• Very strong software design principles, patterns, and architecture knowledge
• Experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps (or equivalent platforms)
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and container technologies (Docker)
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and knowledge of modern AI integration patterns
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
