Description

Support the central architecture management unit (KONSENS) in harmonizing IT support in the tax administration by maintaining and further developing architecture-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Further develop, maintain, and enforce the decisions of KONSENS architecture management

• Develop and maintain target architectures (Target Architectures / Sollarchitekturen)

• Build and expand an EAM capability

• Conduct reviews for scope documents and specification documents (Leistungs-/Pflichtenhefte)

• Check and assess task registration requests

• Consult procedures on all architecture-relevant questions

• Create presentations

• Participate in ZOE ARC meetings, including preparation and follow-up (typically 6 times/year, 3 days each)

Requirements

• Very good German proficiency in writing and speaking

• At least 5 years of practical experience using a mainstream EAM tool

• At least 12 months of experience with current architecture concepts (EAI and SOA)

• At least 12 months of experience creating binding architecture concepts

• TOGAF certification (at least Foundation)

• At least 12 months of experience in enterprise architecture management of large application landscapes

• Completed Master’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or Business Informatics

• At least 12 months of experience with MS Office
