Description

You will design and build production-grade AI automation pipelines, agents, and workflows that connect Generative AI and traditional Machine Learning to real business value. The role emphasizes rapid prototyping and delivery with AI-assisted development tools, enterprise integration—especially the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem—and enabling adoption through training.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy production-grade AI workflows, agents, and automation pipelines
• Use Python and the LangChain ecosystem to create AI-native automation
• Rapidly prototype and iterate code using AI-assisted development tools
• Integrate and extend the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem with custom AI solutions
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for non-technical users
• Collaborate with product and business leaders to translate ideas into technical architecture and defend technical choices
