Description

Design and build scalable conversational AI systems that operate across chat, voice, email, and APIs. Connect AI to corporate systems and external models, implement orchestration microservices and evaluation/monitoring, and use human-in-the-loop feedback to continuously improve quality and trust. Optimize model performance using fine-tuning and LoRA, and define data-driven decisions between FT vs RAG approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch conversational AI systems across multiple channels (chat, voice, email, APIs)
• Architect microservices and asynchronous systems for AI applications with high availability and performance
• Use Python to implement orchestration and decision logic managing tools, workflows, and system interactions
• Optimize AI models using fine-tuning and LoRA integration; decide between FT vs RAG in a data-driven way
• Create prompt engineering libraries and evaluation protocols for prompt performance
• Design monitoring and evaluation frameworks with dashboards, metrics, and human-in-the-loop feedback loops
• Work with data specialists to design pipelines for collecting, cleaning, and structuring information for AI agents
• Build CI/CD pipelines, container standards, and cloud strategies for migrations, cost optimization, and high availability

Requirements

• Strong background in Python for hooking up AI models, automation, and orchestration logic
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and large language models (LLMs)
• Machine learning engineering experience: data preparation, cloud vector databases, training and optimization
• Backend architecture experience (and working across app layers)
• Deep understanding of ML evaluation, tuning, and prompt engineering
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including containers and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) and multi-agent system design
• Comfort with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn (plus)
