Description

Lead delivery of innovative and sustainable Advertiser product capabilities, from concept and prototypes to shipped features. You will own key workstreams and coordinate with engineering and CX&D to translate strategy into requirements, milestones, and measurable outcomes. You’ll also support GTM efforts with product data and act as the liaison between business units and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to product concept and prototype development; independently own and deliver key workstreams

  • Write product requirements, prioritize key milestones, and track progress with Engineering, TPMs, and tech leads

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap for a wide range of technical capabilities; deliver new features and improvements

  • Enable capabilities including creative decisioning, automation of campaign creation, and offers creation & optimization workflows

  • Provide key data points to support GTM collateral and value-proposition messaging

  • Maintain clarity and alignment between business units and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle

  • Influence stakeholders across a matrixed, globally distributed organization under tight timelines

  • Build relationships with Publisher counterparts and stakeholders across Sales, Ops, Legal, Privacy, Strategy, and leadership

  • Mentor and develop junior product managers

  • Create business cases and support strategic planning for product initiatives

  • Drive ideation for new-to-market features through internal/external research and workshops

Requirements

  • Extensive product development experience, including partnering with engineering teams, rapid opportunity assessment, concept creation, business model innovation, and global in-market testing

  • Strong product management discipline and tools (discovery, planning, user journey mapping, prioritization, milestone creation/management, backlog/roadmap management, collaboration with CX & design, KPI measurement and optimization)

  • Ability to define MVPs and elevate products from MVP to maturity

  • Analytical, curious, fact-driven problem-solving approach

  • Proven collaboration track record across cross-functional internal/external teams in multiple locations; able to facilitate challenging conversations and manage ambiguity

  • Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Strong ability to translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user journeys, and process flows

  • Strategic technical acumen with hands-on experience collaborating with technical teams

  • Ability to manage priorities and delegate effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with ML/AI concepts, especially model-generated outputs (optimization models, predictive scoring, automated decisioning) and partnering with Data Science to interpret model behavior and implications for product design
