Description

You will coordinate and supervise external vendors and support cybersecurity activities across the ORLEN Group. The role focuses on maintaining and developing cybersecurity infrastructure and systems, verifying cybersecurity requirements in IT/OT projects, and developing and implementing security standards, policies, and instructions. You will manage cybersecurity reviews, monitor and mitigate threats, respond to incidents, and educate users.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise external companies working with the organization and its subsidiaries to ensure full delivery of cybersecurity tasks

• Coordinate and supervise the maintenance and development of cybersecurity infrastructure and systems across the Group

• Participate in IT/OT Group projects to verify compliance with cybersecurity requirements

• Develop and implement standards, instructions, and policies for information-technology security

• Manage cybersecurity reviews for existing and newly implemented systems and networks across the Group

• Monitor threats; define, implement, and evolve mechanisms for identifying and preventing threats and eliminating their effects

• Respond to cybersecurity incidents

• Educate users about cyber threats and the causes of incidents

• Identify and implement new types of specialized cybersecurity protections

• Monitor internet sources to find potential threats

Requirements

• Higher education, preferably in IT or OT

• A few years of work experience in a position with similar IT/OT cybersecurity responsibilities

• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity technologies

• Experience and practical skills in maintaining and effectively using cybersecurity system outputs

• Experience and ability to conduct IT/OT projects

• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity review topics, cyber risk analysis, and rules and mechanisms of cybersecurity for operating systems and telecommunication networks

• Communicative knowledge of English

• Driver’s license category B

• Effectiveness and business responsibility

• Commitment to continuous development and ability to take multiple perspectives

• Nice to have: knowledge of NIST 800-82, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, ISO 22301

• Nice to have: knowledge of IT/OT environment architecture
