Description

Conduct OT cybersecurity audits and maturity assessments. Perform technical reviews including OT architecture checks, device configuration verification, network traffic security analysis, and OT penetration testing. Create OT cybersecurity strategies, policies, standards, and roadmaps, and design/implement tools for monitoring OT network traffic.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits and cybersecurity maturity assessments for OT environments
• Execute technical verifications for OT security (architecture reviews, device configuration checks, network traffic security analysis)
• Carry out OT penetration tests and related security activities
• Develop cybersecurity strategy, policies, standards, and roadmaps
• Design and implement OT network traffic monitoring tools
• Collaborate with other teams on penetration testing (infrastructure, applications), cloud security, and cyber incident response

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in OT cybersecurity or a related field
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles, including NIST SP 800-82 and ISA/IEC 62443
• Higher education or final-year student status (preferred: automation & robotics, computer science, cybersecurity, or related)
• Practical knowledge of how network infrastructure operates
• English proficiency enabling smooth communication
• Willingness to travel for business
• Openness to learning new skills and continuous improvement
