Description

You will design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications built on Drupal, acting as a technical leader for the team. Responsibilities include creating Drupal custom modules, implementing backend business logic in PHP, developing responsive frontend features, and building/consuming APIs with integrations such as Single Sign-On (SSO). The role also covers performance, security, and accessibility aligned with public-sector standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications
  • Build Drupal solutions (custom modules, CMS configuration, migrations, new functionality)
  • Implement backend business logic and integrate with databases and UI interfaces
  • Develop the frontend using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Design and implement APIs and integrate with external systems (including SSO)
  • Create dashboards, data visualizations, and interactive map components
  • Ensure performance, security, and accessibility according to public-sector standards
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and container platform teams for deployments and environment support
  • Perform code reviews, provide technical support, and make architectural decisions

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of commercial IT experience (or 12 years with a bachelor’s degree / 17 years with secondary education)
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial backend development using PHP, Python, Java, Node.js, or similar technologies
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial experience with Drupal, including custom module development
  • Minimum 5 years of frontend development using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience building responsive web applications across different browsers
  • Minimum 3 years designing and implementing APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Experience integrating authentication systems and Single Sign-On solutions
  • Ability to independently design, secure, and document APIs
  • Experience with databases and integrating the data layer with web applications
  • English proficiency at least B2
