Take full accountability for architecture, performance, security, and deployments with high autonomy in the technical SEO team, bridging custom Drupal backend engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Drupal 10 modules using PHP 8.x, Symfony components, and Twig templating
• Drive technical SEO implementation, including URL structure, redirects, Core Web Vitals/page speed optimization, and structured data
• Perform application deployments
• Monitor system health and site performance using Datadog, ensuring high availability and stability
• Execute regular security patches, Drupal updates, and core upgrades
• Support editorial team with CMS workflows and contribute to headless CMS architecture
• Debug issues
• Scope and assess complexity of features
• Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

• 6+ years of production software development experience
• Hands-on experience in Drupal 10 custom module development
• Strong mastery of PHP 8.x, Symfony framework, and Twig
• Solid understanding of technical SEO principles (URL structure, redirects, page speed performance, structured data)
• Autonomous, proactive mindset with high comfort navigating ambiguity and end-to-end ownership
• Foundational familiarity with TypeScript
• Foundational familiarity with JavaScript
• Computer Science degree
• Experience working with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and/or Kanban
• Proficiency in English
