Description

You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and agile teams to ensure infrastructure is flexible, scalable, and reliable throughout the product lifecycle. The role focuses on implementing DevOps practices, using Infrastructure as Code to manage release cycles, and improving CI/CD pipelines and monitoring. You will also support data pipelines in close collaboration with the teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agile teams and architects on infrastructure needs

• Establish and enforce DevOps practices across developers, IT operations, and security

• Coach and mentor teams to promote a DevOps culture

• Work with IT operations and security teams to create usable environments for agile teams and users

• Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to coordinate release and test management

• Monitor and enhance CI/CD pipelines and support system monitoring collaboration

• Support and maintain data pipelines in collaboration with teams

Requirements

• Experience driving DevOps adoption and DevOps culture

• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at different levels

• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative multicultural team

• Motivation for continuous learning and adapting to changing business needs

• Skills in Python and/or PowerShell; Terraform and/or Bicep

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Google Cloud or Azure

• Mindset to innovate and enhance infrastructure and code systems

• Experience with or supporting data pipelines in Fabric (strong advantage)

• Prior experience or general understanding of working with medical customer data

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
