• Role: AppOps / Application Administrator for payment systems

• Focus: Data center migration of mission-critical applications (card acquiring, issuing, transaction authorization)

• Work model: 100% on-site, 5 days/week in Warsaw (Al. Jerozolimskie)

Description

You will administer, configure, and maintain application environments supporting card issuing & acquiring and real-time transaction authorization. In a data center migration program, you will monitor availability, performance, and resilience; diagnose and resolve production incidents; and verify, test, and deploy changes to production. This is not classic run-only support—you will work with international technical teams to move and launch applications in new environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain application environments

• Support applications handling card issuing & acquiring

• Participate in application migration between data centers

• Monitor availability, performance, and resilience

• Diagnose and resolve production incidents and issues

• Verify, test, and deploy changes to production environments

• Support build, configuration, testing, and migration activities

• Collaborate with Application & Middleware Teams, PMs, and international SMEs

• Identify and remove technical blockers during migration

• Keep technical documentation up to date in Confluence

Requirements

• Experience in Application Administration / AppOps / Application Support / Production Support

• Knowledge of PL/SQL and/or T-SQL and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Shell, Perl, or Python)

• Experience in application migration / data center migration

• Troubleshooting experience in production environments

• Monitoring and performance experience

• Understanding of networking, load balancing, TLS, and High Availability

• Experience with transactional systems or high-availability environments

• Confluence experience

• Excellent communication in Polish and English
