• Role: Lead Full Stack Engineer (React, Next.js, Node.js)

• Location: Warsaw (1–2 days per week in the office)

• Focus: Technical leadership for a global marketing/communications web platform

Description

You will lead the technological development of a modern web platform, shaping system architecture and defining technical standards. You’ll make key frontend and backend decisions, design scalable and efficient web applications, and ensure code quality through code review. The role also includes mentoring the team, co-creating QA and deployment processes, and using AI tools to improve development productivity.

Responsibilities

• Define platform architecture and long-term technical direction

• Make key technology decisions for frontend and backend solutions

• Design scalable, high-performance web applications

• Oversee code quality and the code review process

• Identify and reduce technical debt

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers

• Mentor engineers and support technical skills development

• Co-create QA, testing, and release/deployment processes

• Use AI tools to streamline development processes and increase team productivity

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in web application development

• Experience with CMS solutions

• Very good knowledge of Node.js and NestJS

• Very good knowledge of React and Next.js

• Experience designing system architecture and making technical decisions

• Experience with system integration and API design

• Knowledge of performance, security, and scalability for web applications

• Experience with CI/CD processes and production deployments

• Experience leading and/or mentoring technical teams

• Practical use of AI tools supporting software development

• Very good command of English
