AI Engineer

The Opportunity

This role is for a driven AI Engineer who thrives on complex challenges and wants to advance intelligent product development. You will build new, scalable algorithmic products that influence global operations.

What You Will Drive

• Algorithmic Innovation: Partner with data scientists, infrastructure specialists, and analysts to build, integrate, and scale AI products.
• Rapid Prototyping: Lead experimental initiatives and proof of concepts (PoCs) to evaluate machine-learning models and emerging technologies.
• Engineering Excellence: Write production-ready, fully tested code and refactor architectures to maintain high software-quality standards.
• Ecosystem Expansion: Expand a reusable-code ecosystem by building centralized internal libraries and contributing to open-source initiatives under corporate guidelines.
• Data & Pipeline Architecture: Architect data schemas, engineer machine-learning features, and build high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines using distributed-computing frameworks.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Deploy intelligent applications in the cloud and automate environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Operationalize AI: Champion MLOps, DevOps, and DataOps practices; build Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Training (CI/CD/CT) pipelines; and implement observability tools to ensure system health.

Your Technical Arsenal

• Deep proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern artificial-intelligence concepts and machine-learning frameworks.
• Commercial experience in data engineering, data science, and MLOps.
• Proven experience designing, building, and automating data pipelines for massive datasets.
• Strong experience building automated deployment pipelines; GitHub Actions experience is highly preferred.
• Hands-on ability to deploy to and operate within Microsoft Azure enterprise cloud platforms.
