About the Project

Build custom AI coding assistants and generative AI workflows for high-scale enterprise implementations. Join a brownfield project with direct impact on architecture and product direction for internal AI-driven developer tools.

Your Role

• Build pipelines to ingest unstructured data, such as complex PDFs, and structured data into Snowflake.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient data models using dbt.
• Integrate Snowflake data with Palantir Foundry to support operational analytics for global clients, including real estate and invoicing use cases.
• Use and provide feedback on custom AI tools to help refine coding assistants.
• Identify bottlenecks proactively and challenge suboptimal data-modeling decisions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, including understanding why code works.
• Experience with Snowflake and dbt, or similar tools such as BigQuery, Databricks, or Postgres.
• Practical knowledge of data warehousing and modeling best practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English for daily collaboration with a US-based team.
• High sense of ownership, independent thinking, and willingness to learn new tools quickly.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Palantir Foundry; training is available for candidates without this experience.
• Experience processing unstructured data, including PDF parsing and OCR.
