Description

You translate regulatory requirements into implementable governance measures for Microsoft 365 and Azure. You establish and run standards, guardrails, role models, and processes for safe cloud-service usage and ensure they are embedded in product, project, and operational processes. You support cloud transformations and migrations, advise product and operations teams on regulatory and technical requirements, and drive risk identification and measurable action tracking in coordination with architecture, IT security, compliance, and 2nd line.

Responsibilities

  • Operationally implement and further develop cloud governance for Microsoft 365 and Azure and embed it into operations

  • Establish and operate standards, guardrails, role models, and processes for cloud-service usage

  • Support cloud transformations, migrations, and ongoing operations with practical solutions

  • Advise product and operations teams on regulatory and technical requirements

  • Identify risks early, define actions, and collaborate with architecture, IT security, compliance, and 2nd line

  • Provide transparency through KPIs, reviews, and action tracking (independent control and monitoring handled by 2nd line)

Requirements

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics or Information Technology, or training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or comparable qualification

  • Experience owning the operational rollout and continuous improvement of cloud governance for Microsoft 365/Azure

  • Ability to define and implement standards, guardrails, role models, and cloud usage processes across product, project, and operations

  • Experience supporting transformations, migrations, and ongoing operations

  • Ability to assess and manage risks and work with architecture, IT security, compliance, and 2nd line
