Description

You will develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications for the digital finance domain. The role combines back-end development in C# (.NET Framework/Standard/Core) with front-end engineering in React (18+), including work on existing and legacy codebases. You’ll design scalable architectures and collaborate with testers, analysts, and Product Owners in an Agile Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software in C# (.NET Framework, Standard, Core) per documented requirements

• Build front-end solutions with React (version 18+)

• Analyze and improve existing codebases, including legacy systems

• Design and develop scalable architecture solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (testers, analysts, Product Owners) in Agile Scrum

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of application development experience with .NET technologies

• At least 3 years of hands-on React development experience

• Strong debugging, profiling, and performance analysis skills

• Knowledge of DDD, Clean Code, SOLID principles

• Familiarity with architectural patterns and asynchronous communication

• Proficiency in T-SQL and SQL Server Management Studio

• Experience with Visual Studio for development

• Fluent Polish (biegły) and communicative English (spoken and written)

• Eligibility to work in the candidate’s country of residence (EU not required)
