Description

Lead and develop a Cloud DevSecOps/SRE team responsible for secure, reliable cloud operations for critical AI services. You will standardize CI/CD and GitOps, operate Kubernetes-based platforms, and automate repeatable infrastructure provisioning while ensuring compliance and data security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Cloud DevSecOps/SRE team supporting cloud-hosted applications (AI, MLOps, Data).

• Build and standardize CI/CD and GitOps processes (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).

• Develop and maintain Kubernetes environments (Anthos, OCP, Istio, Helm).

• Maintain a platform for fast and repeatable cloud infrastructure provisioning (Terraform).

• Collaborate closely with developers and architects; propose process improvements.

• Ensure security, data access, and compliance (IAM, networking, secrets, auditability) in a regulated environment.

• Guarantee stability, scalability, and reliability of the platform running critical AI services used across the bank.

• Mentor the Cloud DevOps team and developers to grow Cloud Native and Platform Engineering capabilities.

• Recommend new technologies and improvements in observability, automation, cost optimization (FinOps), and AI platform areas.

Requirements

• Experience as a technical lead in Cloud/DevSecOps/Platform Engineering.

• Excellent Kubernetes knowledge (architecture, networking, autoscaling, security).

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and GitOps (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).

• Practical experience with Linux and cloud environments (preferably GCP).

• Knowledge of observability.

• Experience with production maintenance requirements for ML/LLM models (availability, latency, rollbacks, versioning).

• Knowledge of security, IAM, networking, and compliance in regulated organizations.

• Ability to design long-term solutions (not only operational response).
