Description

You will shape finance-related data and management reporting capabilities within a large-scale data transformation initiative. Working across finance, business, and technology stakeholders, you will define business concepts, information models, KPI structures, and governed, reusable data assets in a modern enterprise data platform.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop information architecture for finance and management reporting domains
• Standardize business concepts, information models, and data structures for KPI and management reporting
• Create conceptual and logical data models from business requirements
• Translate finance and reporting needs into structured information and data requirements
• Maintain business glossaries, common definitions, metadata, and information standards
• Support governance of reusable data assets and data products
• Ensure consistency and quality of finance-related information across functions and systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, business, data, and technology
• Support data cataloging, data governance, and information management initiatives
• Help build scalable, well-governed, AI-ready data foundations

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Information Architect, Data Architect, or in a similar role in business-driven data transformation
• Strong background in finance data, management reporting, KPI frameworks, or enterprise performance management
• Hands-on experience with information modeling (conceptual and logical)
• Hands-on experience with business glossary management
• Hands-on experience with data governance and information management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business needs into data and information requirements
• Fluent English and Polish (minimum C1)
