You will complete a dual program combining practical phases, tailored internal training, and academic study at HTWK Leipzig (FH), supported by training at the Siemens Training Center Leipzig. Through varied rotations, you will be guided by personal contacts and gain a strong career perspective with extensive further training options. The program focuses on industrial automation, engineering fundamentals, and solution-oriented development, including commissioning smart factory and infrastructure systems with cloud connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Automate industrial processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and lower costs
• Learn engineering fundamentals in electrical and information technology, microcomputer and automation technology, and solution-oriented software development
• Build practical experience in project planning, hardware development, and plant configuration, including commissioning complex infrastructure systems and intelligent factory automation with cloud connectivity
• Optimize production systems and contribute to networked control systems for building automation or robot-assisted manufacturing
