Description

You will combine theory blocks at university with practical IT projects, gaining experience in areas such as in-house consulting, project management, and support. In application development, you will be supported as an SAP in-house consultant and will take part in extensive SAP training. You will develop practice-oriented IT solutions independently, using modern programming techniques such as object-oriented programming (OOP), and complete your bachelor’s thesis within a current project.

Responsibilities

• Learn different areas of IT services during project phases (e.g., in-house consulting, project management, support)
• Support application development as an SAP in-house consultant on tasks across different business areas
• Develop practice-oriented IT solutions independently using modern programming techniques (OOP)
• Attend comprehensive SAP trainings to build solid SAP knowledge
• Participate in 6 theory blocks (10 weeks each) at the partner universities in a modern, family-like environment with small groups
• Prepare for and take the IHK exam as a Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) in semester 5
• Write the bachelor’s thesis in semester 6 or 7, ideally within an active project

Requirements

• At least general university entrance qualification (or currently pursuing it)
• Good mathematical understanding
• Proficient in both German and English
• Analytical thinking and ability to abstract
• High willingness to learn and motivated, reliable way of working
• Open and friendly personality with the ability to integrate quickly into different teams
• Programming knowledge is a plus
