Description

You will translate complex PHP performance, profiling, and operations knowledge into clear, practical, and easy-to-act-upon content, with a focus on the Magento 2 or Shopware 6 ecosystems. Through blog posts, technical guides, customer communication, and workshops, you’ll help grow the quality, depth, reach, and frequency of technical content. You’ll investigate unfamiliar technical problems, build deep understanding quickly, and communicate results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Research PHP, Magento, and Shopware performance topics and analyze aggregated performance data for valuable insights

• Produce content about PHP, performance, profiling, and Tideways via blogs, videos, podcasts, webinars, or conferences

• Collaborate with performance experts and PHP language developers to gather shareable knowledge

• Work with the marketing team to improve how Tideways is shown from a developer perspective

• Teach customers about Tideways and analyze performance together with them in onboarding workshops

• Prepare webinar/talk materials and optionally present

• Represent Tideways in the PHP community through social media, chat groups, and forums

• Write documentation, guides, and tutorials based on customer feedback

• Build and work on tooling that supports consistent programming content production
