Description

Join a new CCM project and take a Technical Lead role connecting Java, Python, AI, and cloud technologies. The work sits at the intersection of classic software engineering and GenAI, translating business requirements into strong technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Make and justify technical and architectural decisions

• Define development standards and good practices

• Collaborate with developers on design and implementation

• Identify technical risks and propose ways to mitigate them

• Ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability

• Lead technical discussions and design sessions

• Mentor and develop team members

• Collaborate with architects, product/business stakeholders, and other technical teams

• Support the team in decision-making and solving complex technical problems

Requirements

• Very good practical knowledge of Python (key requirement)

• Strong hands-on experience building Java microservices (e.g., Spring Boot) in an enterprise environment

• Technical Lead experience (minimum 6 months), including technical decision-making and responsibility for the solution’s technical direction

• Ability to design solutions and make architectural decisions considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability

• Solid experience with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle/PostgreSQL): schema design, performance tuning, transactional integrity

• Very good knowledge of unit and integration testing: JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers, API/contract testing

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates: Jenkins/GitLab, Sonar, SAST/DAST, dependency scanning

• Knowledge of integration patterns: REST, messaging/eventing, API design, versioning strategies

• Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions and trade-offs under time pressure and changing requirements

• Experience mentoring and supporting developers; leading technical discussions and sharing knowledge

• Practical experience with any public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure); Azure is used in the project, so readiness to learn quickly

• Practical knowledge of GenAI concepts and tools for software engineering: LLMs, RAG, agent patterns, including awareness of governance and related controls
