Description

You will analyze business and technical requirements and implement new solutions according to Salesforce best practices. You will develop and maintain Salesforce CRM functionalities, optimize processes for performance, scalability, and Salesforce platform limits, and build components using Apex, SOQL, and LWC. You will also design and implement API integrations, collaborate with technical and business teams, and maintain technical documentation and developer coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and implement solutions following Salesforce best practices

• Develop and maintain Salesforce CRM functionalities

• Optimize existing processes for performance, scalability, and Salesforce platform limits

• Create and develop components with Apex, SOQL, and LWC

• Design and implement integrations using APIs

• Cooperate with technical and business teams in designing new solutions

• Prepare and update technical documentation

• Develop and follow coding standards and developer best practices

• Perform code reviews and ensure delivery code quality

• Mentor and provide technical support to other team members

• Identify opportunities to improve existing solutions and processes

Requirements

• Experience as Senior Salesforce Developer or similar

• Very good knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Apex, SOQL, and LWC

• Good knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS

• Experience creating integrations/APIs and working with ETL processes

• Knowledge of Java

• Ability to optimize solutions for performance and Salesforce Governor Limits

• Experience with code review, technical documentation, and best programming practices

• Ability to solve problems independently and share knowledge with the team
